Effective Leadership in times of Crisis – Initiatives of Change

Initiatives of Change logoInitiatives of Change Australia and Workforce Diversity Consultancy are delighted to bring you a series of free Leadership Seminars addressing the need for ethical and visionary leadership during this period of COVID19 pandemic.


This series follows the recent popular webinar on Transformational Reslience in Times of Crisis by Prof Rajmohan Gandhi on World Refugee Day 2020.  

The first session will be led by Dr Nora Amath, Chairperson, Islamic Relief Australia 

Dr Amath will be speaking to Effective Ethical Leadership in Times of Crisis, at 5-6pm, on Sunday, 13 September.

Nora manages the Community Action for a Multicultural Society (CAMS) Program with the Islamic Women’s Association, chairs the Australian Muslim Advocates for the Rights of All Humanity, and has also recently become the first woman Board Chair for Islamic Relief Australia, the largest Islamic humanitarian aid agency in the world.  Nora has helped refugees learn leadership skills, published books, obtained a PhD, all the while raising three children.
