The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) and the Australia Catholic University (ACU) invite you to a lecture on: Learning inter-religiously from art.

Francis X. Clooney SJ, Professor of Divinity at Harvard University and Professorial Research Fellow at Australian Catholic University will introduce sacred images from the NGV’s Asian collection, focusing on an extraordinary 19th century Indian album of Hindu deities. Professor Clooney will use the images as a springboard for discussing the art of inter-religious encounter and inter-cultural understanding in the 21st century.
