Australia: Living the Change events in each state

Across Australia Australian Religious Response to Climate Change supporters – and fellow travellers of good will – will have the opportunity to attend Week of Living the Change celebrations in the week of October 7 – 14. These will be held separately in Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Otford (NSW South Coast), Newcastle, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

Each event will offer a chance to talk about our individual lifestyle changes in the areas of transport, diet and/or energy use, and to share what inspires us, our triumphs and struggles. Religious leaders will speak about their efforts to reduce their own carbon footprint.

We are excited to be celebrating with a delicious vegan meal at each event, an interfaith reflective ritual, and some events will feature musical performances.

There will also be workshops and a webinar on our new push for solar, “Switch to Sunshine” for faith communities.

Be part of this exciting global initiative! Details for all the events can be found here: https://www.arrcc.org.au/upcoming-events
