Victoria: Diversity Across the Ages

Boroondara Interfaith Network

The Boroondara Interfaith Network, in partnership with the Local Spiritual Assembly of Baha’is of Boroondara invite you to attend an intergenerational gathering w\exploring diversity across the ages.

In our diverse and ever-changing community, we have valuable opportunities to learn from each other particularly between different generations. Community members and local students are invited to share in an afternoon of activities that explore our views on cultural, religious and linguistic diversity.

Our community possesses a wealth of knowledge and insight, and in a society where our diversity continues to grow, we all have much to learn from one another about cultural awareness and understanding – particularly across our different generations. This community gathering will bring together Boroondara’s local students (aged 10+) to engage with our City’s older residents.

The afternoon’s proceedings will include activities and discussion about cultural, religious and linguistic diversity in our community.

This is a free event, however bookings are essential. Afternoon tea and refreshments will be provided.

Register your attendance by Monday 22 September, 2014. For further queries, please call 9278 4753. Please advise of any dietary requirements when registering.
