NSW: Interfaith Council for the Annunciation

The annual Christian-Muslim interfaith celebration for the Feast of the Annunciation to Mary, hosted by the Interfaith Council for the Annunciation and Bishop Antoine-Charbel Tarabay, Maronite Bishop of Australia at 7.00pm, Sunday 24 March 2019 at the Gleeson Auditorium, Australian Catholic University, 250A Barker Road, Strathfield.


On behalf of the Interfaith Council for the Annunciation, Bishop Antoine-Charbel Tarabay, Maronite Bishop of Australia, and MaroniteCare are delighted to invite you to attend our annual interfaith celebration for the Feast of the Annunciation to Mary.

This event will take place at the Australian Catholic University in Strathfield –
Gleeson Auditorium, Australian Catholic University, 250A Barker Road, Strathfield.

This event is made possible through the support of Multicultural NSW and the Australian Catholic University. This will now be the sixth year in which we come together for this feast, as Christians and Muslims of different denominations.

This event highlights the role of all religions in spreading love and peace, and encourages prayer for harmony and tolerance. It aims to build bridges of communication and collaboration between communities.
