A Retreat in Daily life will be given by Drew Lawson over six sessions, during November.

This retreat/seminar series on The Contemplative Path is being offered by Drew Lawson* in Hobart. It will be held over a series of six sessions, each 1 ½ hours in duration, from the 16th to the 24th of November 2013. The dates and times are: Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th at 3.00 pm; Tuesday 19th and Thursday 21st at 7.00 pm; Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th at 3.00 pm.

The retreat is an opportunity to discover, explore and deepen the contemplative dimension of life and to integrate this in daily living. There will be a talk followed by discussion in each session.

The venue and cost will be confirmed in the near future. As this offering is non-residential, homestay can be organised for those wishing to come from afar.

* Drew is a married hermit who has been living in an intentional community for over 25 years. He has been immersed in the contemplative path for many years. After training in the art of spiritual direction at a Jesuit House in Pennsylvania he ran many retreats, helped found the Daybreak ministry in Bendigo and facilitated a number of long term spiritual formation programmes.
