The Australian Baha’i Community invites you to join in a special service marking the occasion of Human Rights Day 2016, at the Sydney Baha’i Temple, Mona Vale Road, Ingleside on Sunday 4 December from 11AM.
Human Rights Day
The Australian Baha’i Community invites you to join for a public service dedicated to human rights day, drawing on the scriptures of the major world religions.
Following the service, you are invited to our reception at the Visitor’s Information Centre, on the grounds of the Sydney Baha’i Temple.
Join us for a panel discussion as we collectively explore the role of social media in advancing the discourse on human rights.
Our guest speakers will include:
- Anna Nelson, from the Australian Human Rights Commission.
- Kate Bachmann from Amnesty International (NSW Branch Committee).
- John Cleary, veteran ABC Broadcaster
Light refreshments will be served.
