Beyond the Garden Gate is a forum for Churches Together to acknowledge the disturbance of God’s creation. The forum will explore practical ways to care for the environment, and create a safe future by learning to live more lightly on God’s earth.
Churches Together South Australia Justice and Peace Team in conjunction with the Uniting Church Australia Environmental Action Group, Anglican Creation Care Network, and Catholic Council for Integral Ecology, invite you and your Church to join us at this Forum to explore practical ways for individuals and churches to engage in caring for God’s creation. Theologians and practitioners, from country and city, with intergenerational and ecumenical focus, will lead us through information, a panel of five experts, and Q&A time. Feel free to organisze a church group to attend together to garner ideas for your local situations.
