The City of Marion in partnership with The Multifaith Association of SA will conduct an Interfaith Forum in the Spirit of Harmony at the Marion Cultural Centre on evening of Wednesday 23 March 2022. This event is free, however, bookings are required.

The Interfaith Forum promotes respectful intercultural relationships and social cohesion by raising awareness about what diverse faiths have in common, as well as some unique differences.
Come and hear about the commonalities between Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, and the Baha’i Faith in the spirit of harmony.
The event promotes positive messages about intercultural and interfaith communication and collaboration.
The event will commence at 7pm with a Welcome to Country with Rosemary Wanganeen. Then Emcee Mayor Hanna will introduce the following esteemed speakers

Imam of Australian Islamic College Adelaide and the Head of the Religion Department.
Rev Anne Hewitt
Executive Director & Ecumenical Facilitator, Churches Together SA
Swami Manyananda
Swami Manyananda is currently the resident monk of the Adelaide branch of the Vedanta Centre
