An interfaith service will be held tomorrow, 19 December, at St Mary’s Cathedral, St Mary’s Rd, Sydney at 9am in memory of the victims of the Sydney Siege.

The service is a NSW Government initiative and many faiths will be participating in the service.

It will be an opportunity for us to come together in solidarity following the tragic incident that took place at Martin Place, to pray for the lives lost and to reinforce our unity and friendship as people of different faiths at this crucial time.

We will gather in unity following the heartening response by so many Australians who have shown compassion and understanding in their response to the tragedy.

We suggest that you arrive at the Cathedral by 8.30am.
