Interfaith Study Tour – Spain – Religions for Peace Australia

The Interfaith Centre of Melbourne will conduct a study tour of the splendours of Medieval Spain examining how Muslims, Jews and Christians created a glorious culture.

Dates for the study tour are 17 September to 2 October 2014
This exclusive study tour is for a small group of people from diverse cultural traditions
Coordinated by Helen Summers, who has written and produced two events on the Golden Age of Spain pre-1492
You will be joined by experts in Islamic, Jewish and Christian philosophy, art, architecture, music, poetry and mysticism
We will begin in Madrid, travel to Andalucia, staying in Cordoba, Seville, Granada, Toledo and Avila, visiting several cities and towns along the way before completing our journey in Madrid
A well-known documentary filmmaker will record our journey
