Culture Talk is a free series of events hosted by Cultural Infusion that feature prominent guest speakers discussing their field of expertise, followed by a Q&A session with the audience. The next Culture Talk will focus on Together for Peace: Respect, Safety and Dignity for All at Cultural Infusion, Vere St Collingwood on 21 September commencing at 6pm.

Sometimes funny, sometimes controversial and always thought-provoking, this panel discussion series aims to explore the importance of culture and its effect on the world.
This year, Culture Talk will be hosted on 21st September, in commemoration of International Day of Peace and the discussion will reflect upon this year’s Peace Day theme “Together for Peace: Respect, Safety and Dignity for All”.

This event is open to the public and will be held at the Cultural Infusion Centre at Collingwood College, facilitated by Peter Mousaferiadis, CEO of Cultural Infusion and Nivy Balachandran, Australia-Pacific Regional Coordinator of the United Religions Initiative (URI), the world’s largest grassroots interfaith and intercultural peace building organisation.
The event will feature initiatives from across the world highlighting the importance of work in building cultures of peace. The relevance of the Gallipoli campaign to peace-building efforts today, will also be explored.
