NSW: Spirituality, Religion and Meditation


Brahma Kumaris Innerspace Sydney will conduct a workshop on Spirituality ,Religion and Meditation at Five Dock on Saturday 15th April 4pm – 5.30pm.


 

Spirituality ,Religion and Meditation. What does it mean to be Spiritual? What is common within our main religions? How can we increase the quality of our thoughts, words and actions? Learn how to increase the virtues in one’s life and how to benefit others.

Damian Outtrim is a Brahma Kumar who lives, works and teaches in South Australia. He is a instructor of the transformative BK Meditation which he shares in Australia and internationally. Damian has the positions of President of the Multifaith Association of South Australia, Executive committee member of Religions for Peace Australia and is a Community Mental Health Practitioner. He also is a Practitioner of Applied Mindfulness and has studied  a variety of beneficial Meditation and healing techniques. Damian loves life and all people and is committed towards assisting others.
