Organisers

Chant Yoga provides creative yoga, meditation, chanting and kirtan events and workshops in Melbourne and surrounding areas. We run weekly and monthly community kirtan and chanting events, Trataka Yoga School and the Chant Yoga Kirtan School.

Our focus is on connecting the public to the aspects of yoga that are beyond just the physical practices of yoga postures so popular in the west today. The yogic practices of mantra, chanting, kirtan, meditation and sacred ritual open the heart, purify, energize and awaken us to the more subtle aspects of bliss (ananda) and peace (shanti) truly attainable through full yoga practice.
